Farewell Speech for Teachers#
Beginning - Listening to Teacher Liu's Speech#
Thank you to all the students, teachers, and parents for giving me the opportunity to speak here. I am 312.
I would also like to thank Teacher Liu for his speech, reviewing the teachings of the past three years. Let's say to Teacher Liu, "Teacher! You've worked hard!"
When will the west wind come, and the years change in secret. The three years of middle school are neither long nor short, but they slip away in the blink of an eye. During these three years, I have gained a lot. I have good friends who share the same aspirations and work together, teachers who have guided me along the way, and many happy moments and memories. In these three years of middle school, I have studied hard, achieved many successes, and won many awards. I hope to continue working hard in the future and spread my wings like a roc.
First Paragraph - High School Entrance Exam#
After careful calculation, it has been six days since the high school entrance exam. After three years of unremitting study, facing the fears in our hearts, and solving problems we didn't know how to solve, we have successfully completed the high school entrance exam and graduated from middle school! This high school entrance exam turned out to be much easier than many people expected. Obviously, many people in our class did well on the exam and were able to attend the schools they had been looking forward to. You can secretly rejoice in the fact that the exam was so easy this time.
For those who didn't do well on the exam, there is no need to worry. As a selective exam, the high school entrance exam is designed to select talents and provide you with the most suitable educational resources. Moreover, like other major exams, the final score is just a summary of your past performance. It objectively reflects your abilities, but it does not determine what your life will be like. We still have more than a thousand days until the college entrance exam, which is an opportunity for a comeback. Just like Hitler, who was rejected twice by the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts but went on to create the Third Reich, he also achieved the glory of Germany. Never give up, and you will become the light that shines through adversity.
However, no matter what, the high school entrance exam is over. What we need to do is not to dwell on the past, but to focus on the present, look to the future, and be the best version of ourselves. I hope to see familiar faces from 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Middle School again.
Second Paragraph - Summer Vacation#
After the high school entrance exam, we have a two-month long summer vacation. It's only been six days, and I just finished the self-enrollment exam at 3rd Middle School two days ago. I saw the colorful and diverse summer activities of my classmates in the QQ space and friends circle. Some play "King of Glory" and "Call of Duty" all day, while others go to Guangzhou Changlong or various art spaces to take photos. Every day is full of variety, and I envy them deeply.
But here, I also hope that my classmates can develop another interest during the summer vacation, learn how to draw, play a musical instrument, engage in a sport, explore an unknown field, and so on. All of these can give us a better understanding of the world and create our own uniqueness. It can also help us make friends with similar interests in high school and build confidence. You don't want to introduce yourself in high school and not have anything to say, do you?
In addition, don't forget to study during the summer vacation. The summer vacation is always the best time for you to overtake others because there are no obstacles in your way. Two months is enough for us to prepare for the upcoming high school life, embrace a wonderful high school life, preview the knowledge of the first year of high school, understand the difficult points, know ourselves and the enemy to be invincible. Also, pay attention to current events and watch some popular science videos, apply them to your studies, so that you can show off your knowledge in high school and create an image of a top student.
Third Paragraph - Turning Point in Life#
This summer vacation has also become an important milestone in our lives. There is no doubt that high school will be one of the most memorable periods in our lives. Our previous way of life, learning methods, circle of friends, and even the way we eat will undergo significant changes.
Needless to say, many of us will have to live in the dormitory after entering high school. This will have its pros and cons. The advantage is that when we are tired of studying, we can just lie down in the dormitory. However, life has finally dealt a blow to you, and you will start to live independently. The downside is that you may only see your parents once a week in the future, and the warm nagging of your parents will naturally disappear.
The way we study in the future will also be very different. We can no longer continue to study in the same way as we did in middle school. In high school, our geography and biology will officially return, and there will be a total of nine subjects, with the highest score increasing from 120 to 150. Many questions will catch us off guard with their wording and answer methods, just like this year's college entrance exam essay question. The right way, the common way, and the ingenious way. In general, one word: difficult, even more difficult. In high school, we can only adapt to the changes by changing ourselves and keeping up with the times, in order to stand undefeated.
Our circle of friends will certainly be different from now on. In high school, we will enter a completely unfamiliar class and interact with unfamiliar teachers and classmates who will be our companions for the next three years. "Weakness and ignorance are not obstacles to survival, arrogance is." This also applies here. Don't be afraid of awkwardness, be brave enough to talk to others about awkwardness. As long as I'm not embarrassed, it will be the other person who feels embarrassed. Dare to chat with others, and a sentence like "Can we be friends?" can gain you a friend. Friendship and trust will be built on communication. I hope that each of us can become a social butterfly.
Fourth Paragraph - Teachers#
Another big change is that our teachers will no longer be able to accompany us on this journey. They have sent us to the station of high school, sailed the boat back to the shore, and welcomed the next group of passengers, teaching the students of Class 12. How many teachers do you remember who have taught us? ○○○ Teachers, the four words that summarize the work of human soul engineers: teaching and educating. Obviously, our engineers have done a great job, cultivating 46 outstanding souls. Our class ranks among the top, and our teachers have been wholehearted in their efforts over the past three years. Teacher Liu has taken care of many things in our lives, big and small.

"New bamboo shoots grow taller than old ones, all thanks to the support of the old stems." This is your guidance to us. Fifth Paragraph - Companionship and Friendship#
Make a wish to the sea breeze, meet in the mountains and the sea.
There is no feast that never ends. The three years of middle school have passed, and for some of our classmates, it may be the last time we see each other in our lives. They will become the "him" that we can only remember in the graduation photo. The three sports meets, four field trips, and many other happy experiences have built our close-knit group and established our intimate friendship.
Companions accompany us as we grow, and we witness each other's growth. They are the people who know us best besides our family, bringing us joy and laughter. The classmates with their unique characteristics have left a deep impression on us, just like the four comedians in our class: Wang Ziyang, Fu Leilei, Guan Ziming, and Jiang Chunlin.
